* Crispy croissants and a selection of mini rolls
from a regional bakery
* Butter, margarine, various jams, and honey
* Eggs to cook yourself
* Swiss hard and semi-hard cheese, cream cheese
* Cold cuts
* Fresh Bircher muesli, fruit and natural yogurt
* Seasonal fruit and raw vegetables
* Oatmeal, gluten-free oatmeal
* Cornflakes and chocolate flakes

Of course, we also cater for guests with special dietary requirements. A small selection of lactose- and gluten-free options is available.
