GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS Hotel Welcome Inn
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC) apply to the provision of rooms and all related services and deliveries by Hotel Welcome Inn or achesa Lifestyle AG (hereinafter referred to as the Hotel) to customers (hereinafter referred to as the Guest). All offers made by Hotel Welcome Inn are based on these GTC. They form an integral part of every contract. Amendments to these GTC require the express written agreement of both parties. This also applies to the waiver of the written form requirement. Should these GTC contradict any contractual terms and conditions of the guest, these GTC shall take precedence.
CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
Following the reservation by the guest, the guest will receive a written confirmation of the reservation by email from the hotel. The contract between the parties is only concluded upon receipt of this written confirmation of the reservation by the guest from Hotel Welcome Inn.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – HOTEL ROOMS – INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS
- ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The hotel room is available from 02:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 noon on the day of departure.
2. CANCELLATION OF A SINGLE RESERVATION | DIRECT BOOKING
This applies to reservations made by the customer by telephone, via the hotel’s official website or by email:
Individual bookings can be canceled free of charge until 04:00 pm on the day of arrival (special offers and special rates excluded). After 04:00 pm a no-show fee of 80% of the room price for the first night will be charged.
3. CANCELLATION OF A ROOM BOOKING VIA AN EXTERNAL BOOKING CHANNEL
Bookings made through an external booking channel such as Booking, Expedia, etc. can only be canceled through the corresponding channel in accordance with the terms and conditions displayed there.
4. PAYMENT
The hotel bill must be settled at the latest upon check-out. Exceptions will be listed separately.
5. SMOKING IN HOTEL ROOMS
All hotel rooms and public areas are non-smoking. Smoking in hotel rooms or out of the window will be subject to a cleaning fee of CHF 250.00. A smoking area is available for all smokers next to the hotel entrance.

7. LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction for any disputes is Kloten/ZH.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – HOTEL ROOMS – GROUP RESERVATIONS
1. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Hotel rooms are available from 02:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 noon on the day of departure.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUP RESERVATIONS
If a confirmed group booking is canceled, the hotel must be notified in writing. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following costs will be charged:
– up to 60 days before arrival I no costs
– 59 to 30 days before arrival I 50% of the room prices
– 30 to 0 days before arrival I 100% of the room prices
The basis for calculation is the number of rooms and the length of stay specified in the definitive reservation confirmation.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUPS WITH ROOM ALLOCATIONS
If you wish to cancel a confirmed group booking with room allocations, you must notify the hotel in writing. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following costs will be charged:
From 8 to 10 rooms:
a) The entire group booking can be canceled free of charge up to 2 days before arrival.
b) Up to 2 rooms can be canceled free of charge on the day of arrival.
c) The group reservation is guaranteed by the organizer providing a valid credit card, and the rooms will be held for the entire night.
d) If the group does not arrive or fewer rooms than booked are occupied, the hotel will charge 80% of the total price of the first night.
e) The hotel bill is payable upon departure of the group.
From 11 to 19 rooms:
a) The entire group booking can be canceled free of charge up to 10 days before arrival.
b) Up to one day before arrival, 3 rooms can be canceled free of charge.
c) The group reservation is guaranteed by the organizer providing a valid credit card and the rooms will be held overnight.
d) If the group does not arrive or fewer rooms than booked are occupied, the hotel will charge 80% of the total price of the first night.
e) The hotel bill is payable upon departure of the group.
From 20 to 29 rooms:
a) The entire group booking can be canceled free of charge up to 21 days before arrival.
b) Up to 7 days before arrival, 10 rooms can be canceled free of charge.
c) Up to one day before arrival, 3 rooms can be canceled free of charge.
d) The group reservation is guaranteed by the organizer providing a valid credit card, and the rooms will be held for the entire night.
e) If the group does not arrive or fewer rooms than booked are occupied, the hotel will charge 80% of the total price of the first night.
f) The hotel bill is payable upon departure of the group.
From 30 to 39 rooms:
a) The entire group booking can be canceled free of charge up to 28 days before arrival.
b) Up to 14 days before arrival, 15 rooms can be canceled free of charge.
c) Up to one day before arrival, 3 rooms can be canceled free of charge.
d) The group reservation is guaranteed by the organizer providing a valid credit card, and the rooms will be held for the entire night.
e) If the group does not arrive or fewer rooms than booked are occupied, the hotel will charge 80% of the total price of the first night.
f) The hotel bill must be paid upon departure of the group.
4. NAME LIST
For group bookings of 8 rooms or more, the organizer must provide the hotel with a list of participants containing the following information at least 7 days before arrival:
• First and last names of guests
• Arrival time
• Payment terms of guests
• Desired time for breakfast
After the deadline set by the hotel, any rooms still available from the block will be released for open sale.
5. PAYMENT
The hotel bill must be settled at the latest upon check-out. Exceptions will be listed separately.
6. ADVANCE PAYMENT
Organizers with headquarters outside Switzerland:
• 50% of the total amount must be paid by the end of the regular cancellation period
• 100% of the total amount must be paid 2 days before the group’s arrival
The hotel reserves the right to request advance payment from the organizer at any time.
7. SMOKING IN HOTEL ROOMS
