The price is per person and room, including Wi-Fi, weekly cleaning and linen change, electricity, heating, water, basic cleaning supplies, VAT, and service.

To ensure your arrival and departure run smoothly, we charge a one-time flat fee of CHF 100.00 for the final cleaning. As security for your new home, you will deposit CHF 500.00, which we will, of course, refund to you after your stay.
